Covid 19 & Your In Store Experience.

We are delighted to be able to reopen our showroom doors and give brides and grooms a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.

Fortunately the lay out of our stores allows us to follow government guidelines which will ensure the safety of both our staff and customers by implementing some social distancing measures.

In order for us to offer couples the space and privacy to pick their wedding suits we will be working where possible on an appointment basis. 

We are reducing the number of overlapping shifts for our staff, and limiting the appointments we take each hour to minimise the number of people in our spaces at any given time. 

In addition to changing the way we’ll interact in our showrooms, we’re also taking the following steps to ensure our spaces are clean and safe.

• Hand sanitiser will be available to everyone upon entering the store.
• Extending showroom hours to create additional appointment availability.
• Creating a separate holding area for garments that have been tried on, and increasing our showroom inventory to ensure your fitting is safe.
• Thoroughly disinfecting fitting rooms and high touch surfaces throughout the day.
