HOW DO I KNOW MY SIZES?

With our Virtual Tailor technology you don't need to know your sizes! Your fitting will only take a couple of minutes, simply complete the height and weight questionnaire before submitting your sizing pictures. 

We send your items to you 7 days before your event to give you enough time to try it on and make sure it fits just right. If we didn’t get it right on the first try, request a replacement and we will send a new size out to you for free. 

Don’t think 7 days before your event is enough time or just want to test it out before ordering? Our Home Try On service will put your mind to rest.

WHAT SIZES DO YOU CARRY?

All our suits are available from boy's age 2 right up to adults 66" chest and 54" waist.

GARMENT CARE

DO I NEED TO PRESS OR DRY CLEAN MY HIRE SUIT?

We take care of that for you. We dry clean all of our returned items using a high temperature, modern, eco-friendly process designed to kill all cold and flu viruses. You do not need to have your items dry cleaned before sending them back.  

Since our items are shipped in a box to you and could be in there for 7-10 days, there could be some minor wrinkles when the items are taken out of the box. To get rid of the wrinkles, hang up your items until you are ready to wear them and the wrinkles will fall out naturally. A steamer can also do the trick. 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DAMAGE MY HIRE SUIT?

We understand things happen. Please do not try to wash or repair any small stains or minor damages yourself, our dry cleaners and tailors can normally take care of these. If the damage done to the item prevents the item from being rented again, you could be charged a Damage Item Fee. Regardless of the damage, please return all items.

WHEN YOUR ORDER ARRIVES

WHAT DO I DO WHEN MY ORDER ARRIVES?

Try on everything within 24 hours of receiving your order to see how it fits. If something doesn't fit just right, request a replacement. 

Make sure to contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order to avoid rush shipping fees. 

  • For Rentals -  hold onto all items (including those that didn't fit) until after the event and return them together.
  • For Purchases -  return the item that does not fit within 7 days of receiving the replacement item(s). If the item is not returned within 7 days, you will be charged the rental price for the item(s).

 

After trying it on, keep everything on the hangers to allow any wrinkles to fall out.

MY ITEMS DON'T FIT. WHAT DO I DO?

Not to worry—we’re here to make sure you have the right sizes with time to spare before your event.

One of our Customer Care agents will get back to you to confirm the details of your replacement order. You may return all items to us after your event. If you contact us after the 24 hour period, we may not be able to guarantee that the replacement item will arrive in time for your event.

Please note that we do not charge for replacement items.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REPLACEMENT ITEM?

All replacement items will be dispatched via express delivery. You will receive your replacement within 24-48 hours depending on the time of day that your replacement is requested.

I AM MISSING AN ITEM FROM MY ORDER. WHAT DO I DO?

Please be sure to let us know ASAP! We can send you the missing item right away.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

We ship most of our orders via DHL Express to arrive 7 days before your event date. Tracking information will be emailed to you when your order leaves our store.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

We charge a fixed fee of £5 for all shipping, this price not only includes shipping the garment to you but also returning it after your event. There will be a returns label included in your garment box.

Shipping of replacement items is always free. 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

If you placed your suit hire order 21 days or more before your event, we will ship your rental order to arrive 7 days before your event. If you placed your rental order less than 21 days before your event, it will arrive before your event. 

If you purchased items from us, your order will ship within 8-10 weeks of checking out as all our suits are made to order. When purchasing items we recommend ordering a Home Try On first of all to ensure you are happy with the fit of your garments. A Home Try On can be sent out within 24-48 hours.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been dispatched you will also receive an email with your tracking information. 

WHAT PACKAGING WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED IN?

We ship in a high-quality corrugated box. Our tuxedos and suits arrive folded once on hangers, inside garment bags. We recommend hanging up your suit or tux immediately after delivery, to allow any wrinkles to fall out naturally. A light steaming may be necessary to remove more stubborn wrinkles.

PAYMENT

WHEN WILL MY CARD BE CHARGED?

Your credit card will be charged once you have entered your sizes and completed the checkout process. The transaction typically settles within 24 hours depending on your bank. 

 

IDENTITY VERIFICATION FOR SUIT HIRE & HOME TRY ON CUSTOMERS

Before your order is dispatched we will require credit card information to verify identity and address details. Your card will be charged a fee of £0.30 to verify your details, this will be refunded as soon as the necessary checks have been completed.

 

WHY DO I NEED TO PROVIDE MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION?

We require all customers to provide their credit card information in the off chance an order is returned late, lost, or damaged. 

ARE MY DETAILS SECURE?

Yes, we use a PCI Level 1 Service Provider.
